Hay fever cured by diet

Hi Everyone, I just wanted to share this amazing thing with you.

First a tiny bit about my health history and why I started this.

For 38 years I have been plagued with psoriasis never ending flaking, scratching bleeding. On top of that every summer without fail around March Hayfever would kick in. Great weather is warmer I have to stay indoors. after 30 years of having hayfever there are no tablets left that I am no longer immune to.

So about 8 weeks ago I decided to take control and after watching a video on you tube about a guy who had cured his psoriasis with diet, figured this could not hurt.

The diet is basically vegetables, meat and nuts. That is pretty much it in a nutshell. Its not forever just for 12 weeks. Well I am into my 8th week and yes it was hard a first but seeing white healthy skin peeking through where it used to be constantly red raw has been worth every effort to stick to the diet. However just recently I noticed a wonderful side effect, last week I mowed my lawn and cut down some bushes in my garden and not once did I sneeze. I had not realised that my hayfever had also cleared up until a friend came around with streaming eyes and sneezing their little hearts out.

Anyone who is/has suffered with this knows how awful it can be, but now (27th April 2014) is normally one of the worst times for me, even the rain rarely gave me relief if anything it used to condense it and make me feel worse, I hardly even sneeze. For the first time in 30 years I am really really looking forward to the summer.
