UK In January 2022 my daughter used her birthday and christmas money to buy a phone from this company. Sadly after a couple of months for some reason it stopped getting service. We replaced the sim, tried lots of tricks to get it working, took it to apple to get a diagnostic but couldn't find anything wrong with it.
Anyway we were near the shop today (it's quite a few miles from our house, so not convenient to drive there). I walked in told the gentleman behind the counter what happened, we did still have the receipt, he asked us to leave it with him for half an hour. We did sadly upon our return the phone could not be fixed, however he did replace it with the exact same phone, which is working perfectly.
No hassle, no trying to blame us, no umming or arring, just straight up amazing customer service. It is so lovely to find a company that respects its customers. Not only will I be buying from them again in the future, but I will also be recommending to anyone that wants to buy anything they offer.
