If you are acting on behalf of another company, then please refer back to them as I will only deal with the people I allegedly signed up with, not 3rd party interlopers.

Remove my data from your records and do not contact me any further. This is a formal request and any further correspondence sent to me will result in a data protection breach case being brought against you. I do not give you permission to use my data in any way at all.
