Council tax letter template after receiving a summons

Dear Sir or Madam,

Take formal notice.

I acknowledge receipt of your correspondence alleging that a summons has been issued and that this matter has already been before a court. This claim is formally disputed and challenged as a misrepresentation of authority.

I have contacted the court you imply has jurisdiction. I was expressly informed that no record exists of any hearing, judgement, or lawful determination involving me. No case number, no order, no adjudication. Your assertion is therefore unsupported.

You are now required to provide strict proof, not policy, not assumption, and not statutory assertion, of the following:

A certified copy of a lawful judgement from a court of record

Proof of lawful jurisdiction and valid service

Proof of lawful authority to act in the absence of a contract

Full disclosure of how my personal data was obtained and processed

Proof that I resided at the address you allege at the relevant time

A valid contract signed by both parties

A lawful warrant or court order signed, stamped, and dated by a judge

For the avoidance of doubt, I require law, not legislation. Administrative procedures and statutory claims do not create liability without a lawful court order or a binding contract.

DATA PROTECTION NOTICE — ABSOLUTE NON-CONSENT

I give no consent for my personal data to be shared, transferred, disclosed, or processed beyond your organisation for any purpose whatsoever.

Any onward sharing of my personal data by you — including but not limited to enforcement agents, third parties, contractors, or data processors — will constitute a breach of the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR. You will remain fully liable for such breach, irrespective of whom you pass the data to.

NOTICE OF COMPENSATION AND LIABILITY

Should you:

Share or disclose my personal data without lawful authority,

Continue enforcement activity without strict proof, or

Rely on intimidation, misrepresentation, or coercive conduct,

I will pursue compensation of up to £15,000 for distress, intimidation, misuse of personal data, and unlawful processing, pursuant to my rights under data protection and common law principles, without further notice.

Until strict proof is produced in full, I:

Do not consent

Do not acknowledge any debt

Deny all liability

Withdraw all implied consent

Any continued pursuit without lawful proof will be treated as harassment, unlawful data processing, and misrepresentation of authority.

This letter places you on formal notice and liability.

All correspondence must be in writing only.

Govern yourselves accordingly.
