There is a scam going around where people come to buy your item, they will offer to transfer the money and then will show you an app that shows the money leaving their account to yours.However when you go your account the money isn't there.
This is a scam, there is an app that looks like a genuine bank account transfer, but it does nothing. Sadly too many have been conned with this thinking it is just a delay in the bank system. Don't get caught out. If they money isn't in your account then don't give them the goods. Let them chase it up with their bank if its genuine they will do so.
