Mmm how to encourage more people rip you off. Their response was just add more on the next item to make up for it, thats what shops do.
Well actually shops also prosecute people who they catch trying to steal from them, so you also have that right as well. As a seller you normally know the buyers address and name so we have something to go on from there.
Stop these ebay thieves, we call them scammers but they are theives trying to get something for nothing and the more we suck it up, the more people will do it.
Start by issuing a small claims procedure against them.
If ebay sided with them take them to court too as they have no right to give your money away. It is not their money it is yours. They are not a judge therefore should not be making judgemental decisions. Doing so is unlawful. We will not stop theives taking our goods unless we stand up to them. Ebay are as fraudulent as any criminal.
