£10,000 fee for knocking on this door

As a deterrent to unwanted visitors to our house, we now charge a £10,000 fee for knocking on this door. There are exceptions to this and they are if you are any of the following:

• Postman
• Delivery Driver
• Friend
• Family Member
• Pre-arranged to call
• Neighbour
• Service person that we have spoken to already

If you do not fall under this category you will be charged £10,000 upon answering. Your decision to knock is your contract this is lawful and will be taken further if you knock or ring the bell.
